36 volt Charger not charging correctly
My 36 volt charges shuts off with only 37.5 volts to the battery pack.
I have attached an image of it. Thanks. |

Uh-oh. You have the charger with the expensive control board (it can be converted to the board without the fancy leds for less money). What age are your batteries? Do you have any idea of battery condition? (was it running good distances last week). If you eliminate batterys as the cause of your problems, and wind up pouring money into the charger, you might want to consider a DPI charger.

I have had problems with it losing power. I found a frayed wire from the F2 in the controller to the S2 on the motor. I replaced that and get a spark from the pin connection on the controller.
