Default "Buggies" Gone WILD!

Since BGW is literally LITTERED with awesome, beautiful, customized, 90 mph 144V golf carts, lovingly hand crafted by masterful designers, tinkerers, and garage gurus, it seemed to me that we poor schmucks who can barely keep our old clunkers running need a place to show off our creations.

Therefore, I am announcing the "Ugliest Cart Contest"!

Rules:
  • Ugly Carts are to be referred to as "Bugglies" (plural) or "Buggly" (singular), and this is the "Bugglies Gone WILD!" thread.
  • Post a photo (or photos) of your Buggly (or Bugglies).
  • BGW Members can comment on the Bugglieness of your Buggly.
  • Extra credit for creative jerry-rigging, hillbilly engineering, or any kind of bubble-gum, paper-clip, bailing-wire or similar design elements.
  • There are no winners, since anyone who is shameless enough to post photos of his/her Buggly is probably a loser anyway.
Legal disclaimer: This is not a real contest. Had it been a real contest, you would have been instructed to tune to your nearest emergency broadcast station. You would have had instructions that made sense. This contest (which isn't a real contest) is in no way sponsored by Buggies Gone Wild, The Site Sponsors, BGW, your Aunt Matilda, or anyone in particular. Batteries not included. Some assembly required. DANGER! Do not insert foot under mower deck while mower is running.

Now that the legalities are out of the way, let me kick this off with pix of my 1984 Marathon Resistor Buggly. The first is just a side view. Pic 2 is the hillbilly-engineering back seat, made with stuff I just had laying around (I *KNEW* those 1970's era stadium seats would come in handy some day!). Pics 3 & 4 are the dump bed I made out of heavy duty shelf legs and an old truck bed liner.

Let a thousand (other) Buggly pictures blossom! I'm looking forward to photos of other folks' Bugglies.

Participate, or just let this thread die (like most of the Bugglies will soon anyway)....

I love the "ghetto" seat kit paired with the RXV top (clearly the newest thing on the cart)!

It's a bit of a "Buggly" now but watch out in few months...probably around Neveruary for a transformation. From fire rises a Phoenix!
