Default Installed lights, won't run

Just installed lights and a 48volt meter on a 2010rxv. Now it won't run. I got the solenoid click, when I turn the key on, but it won't move at all. I checked all the fuses and they are all good. Any ideas??

I hooked up the meter direct to the key switch to get the. Would that have done something. I unhooked it and ran it directly to the battery, thinking that would help but still have nothing

Pack voltage is 50.2. Is the solenoid on an rxv suppose to click everytime u step on the throttle. Or only when turning the key to forward or reverse?

The solenoid only clicks once and stays on. That's how I have my voltage reducer switch tied in at.
