Default Digital Volt Meters, SoC

I've seen posts on digital vs Analog and am won over on digital, but how do you know their accuracy before picking one. I see every shape, color and price on line. They all look the same and probably are all from China. Some impartial advise on what to look for would help, they all seem to make the same claim

You can get them cheaper, but you get what you pay for. A buggy is more exposed to hot, cold, rain, etc. than the cheaper meters might be made for. I've also heard complaints about visibility outdoors of some. ScottyB researches and test things before selling them. You have to think about how many years you're gonna use it, and that it helps monitor your expensive batteries.

Our meter is accurate to the 10th of a volt. It samples the pack 3Xs a second to get this reading.
I have connected 3 meters and 2 handheld Fluke meters to one cart. UNder load and during charge I never recorded more than 1/10v difference in the 5 meters and in fact had just as much variation in the $200 hand held meters as I did in the indash LED meter we sell. It's waterproof, shockproof, and works in extreme temperatures. They are industrial duty. What more could you ask

The dash mounted DVM battery meter I got from Carts Unlimited (scottyb) has been running 24 x 7 since Jun-2011 (Except for the few minutes it took to install a new battery pack in my cart ) and it is just as accurate and readable today as it was the day it arrived.

Just ordered the scotty b's digital meter, noticed site had the analog meter I have but haven't installed? The red wire on buzzer under dash is hot in both run/tow, would it be advisable to just piggy back off it for meter +.

If it were me, I'd run a dedicated set of wires to it. However, that means it's always on. I would have no problem with this, but others do. ScottyB may send you suggested wiring.
