Default Reed Switch or not?

Sorry guys, this is probably a stupid question but if the back of my charger module only has two large wires and no smaller white one, I do not have a reed switch in my cart and can eliminate that as one of the reasons the cart is dead?

Its a 2003 PDS cart and I've read here that it may have one but I only see two large wires coming out of the charger module.

Thanks again,

Dave

Disregard the post above. I must have been drinking when I looked at the back of the charger. Upon further review, there are three wires. I took off the cover and low and behold there is a reed switch.

If I could figure out how to edit or better yet delete my previous post I would.

Even more sorry,

Dave

To eliminate the reed switch as the cause of your problems, connect the part of the small wire that is running to the charge plug from the cart to a source of full pack positive power (36v+) like the main positive power. This will allow you to drive the cart with the charger attached, so it will be your responsibility to unplug the charger before driving away.
