Default freedom chip question

Will the freedom chip work on a 48v pds cart? Wife's uncle has a 48v pds cart and looking for a little more speed.

Nope, the 48v txt's use a PDS-2 system without a personality module (chip). It has to be programed with a hand held programmer.
