The Red and Green wires in the picture attach to the pedal microswitch. |

However, that isn't what is keep the cart from running. It may caused whatever failed to fail, but the cart had been running with the pedal switch bypassed until it stopped yesterday. Is it a Series drive or a DCS? (If there is a Run/Tow switch on controller cover, it is a DCS) You said the solenoid clicked, so the problem is in the high current circuit. This test will work for either type drive system: Put rear of half-ton cart on jackstands so it doesn't take off unexpectedly and run over someone or something. Connect your DVM between the M- and B- terminals on the controller. After the solenoid clicks, you should measure FULL battery pack voltage. If so, push the throttle pedal and the voltage should decrease to zero. Need to know which drive system to troubleshoot further. BTW: You battery needs to be charged, 37.0V is only 67% SoC. |

Re: Electric help needed 1995 medalists
For a 36V system, the resistor should be about 250 Ohms, 10W and the diode should pass an amp or more.

one other thing I noticed in your picture of the pedal box.....there was quite a bit of water in the box.....keep it as dry as you can.....seal it.
