Default Ez go wouldn't climb hill

Was riding cart today came to a 20 degree hill maybe was going slow and then it stopped, so I backed up got a running start and barley made it up it! Got on flat ground and it was going slow then it just took off what could it be ? Oh ez go series cart 36 volt full battery when it done it. Battery's 7 months old 400 amp controller Scotty b wires 2 ga wires hd f/r switch 20 inch tires?

Have you ever been up that hill before? You may want to be sure your batteries are fully charged and try it again. 36 volts is low unless that was measured under load.

Yes radioman climbed it many times the cart is 36 volts, I just came back from beach and it ran fine. Thanks
