trouble shooting ezgo elect. '93' marathon
In reading all threads about 93 Marathon, looking at diagrams, I have a solenoid/controller cart 36volt, 3 new batteries on each side. The wiring is the same as the diagram ladeled "fleet cart". Someone even posted pictures of a "91" marathon and If I didn't know better, it looked to be mine.
With charged batteries, no click at the solenoid, when key/switch is turned on. In rev, the buzzer sounds, no click at the solenoid.
I've just found a troubleshooting guide for the solenoid, but from all I've read, the solenoid is dead. Will use this guide to confirm.
When I got this cart, I washed it top to bottom. Later, I read where I should have covered/removed controller before washing. I've read where a person can jump past the controller to check the motor, but want to know correct procedure before trying this.
Is there a troubleshooting for the controller in this forum?
Is there a diagram for this specific cart for checking voltage at controlled points of the wiring? I've found diagrams for other makes and models, but nothing for this cart.
Can someone share information?
