Club car ezgo and yamaha are all good carts. They each have items that draw people to that model.
Most recommend the one that has the closest dealer. This has been up for debate alot you could probably do a search on this site and find all the other postings about the pro and cons of each brand. |

I just bought an old Melex 152 with charger for $30.00. I guess I would buy a dead horse if it was cheap enough!

I was told by folks in the business that E-Z-Go's were much easier to work on. But the aluminum frame on the Club Cars are a very good plus from a weight and corrosion stand point.
I chose a E-Z-Go because we have a authorized repair shop here in town and that is what all 4 courses in the area have and I'm more familiar with them, plus both of my brother-n-laws had E-Z-GO's. Yamaha has a following it seems to me. A golf pro buddy of mine said they were a much cheaper cart than the other 2 when buying new or leasing for his course, but he stays with a E-Z-Go lease because he has had good luck with them. It is also much easier to roll a lease over with the same company than get out of one. |
