Default Need help with a 2009 Ruff n Tuff

Hello,
I have a LX2 Ruff n Tuff 2009 48V, it has batteries and they are all under a year old. But there are 3 things that aren't working correctly.

1) Blinkers don't work
I don't know if this is a wiring problem or what, but ever since I got the golf cart they never worked!

2) Horn Problem
Whenever I press the horn, the golf cart slowly comes to a stop, and when you press the peddle it doesn't do anything into the third or second (sometimes more) time you press it.

3) Driving Problem
Sometimes when I drive the cart it will work great into it slowly comes to the stop and the same thing happens in #2, but that it does it randomly, or when you try to accelerate this will happen!

If you think you can help me fix it please post below thanks! I don't know if #2 or #3 are safety stuff but please let me know!

Note: I put the batteries in around May of 2014, and since like November problem #2 and #3 started, I don't know if because sometimes I would drive it in the cold or what but please post!

The picture below is what the Golf Cart looks like, the only thing that isn't the same is that mine has a cage up front to put bags in it or to hold stuff.

Thanks

Make sure you have nothing grounded to frame. All must be to the pack neg or isolated neg buss.

I have a 2009 R/T and just started having the "#3 problem"...... It tries to go when I press the accelerator and then slows to a stop. If I let off the accelerator and press it again (repeatedly) it will eventually take off again, and then stop.

It is showing no other electrical issues: The batt meter continues to show full and the lights stay bright.

Any ideas?
