Default Bad boy Buggie troubles

Have 06 bad boy that I've worked on customer brought in the batteries were 8 years old so figured just needed batteries switched the batteries to new one only thing the cart will do is show the battery indicator working it won't even click the motor when turned on someone said it's possible that the solonoid isn't working this thing is so different I don't know where to even start on finding a solonoid like other electric carts so I can cross it over to see if the solonoid is bad or not any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

The solenoid is most likely engaged by the controller on an 06.

Good luck. There are a few guys on here or at least there used to be that might be able to help.

I own an older BBB. I gutted it and rewired it using diagrams from Alltrax. I used two Alltrax controllers one for the front and one for the rear.

A few questions so others can help:

What controller does it have?

2 of 4 wheel drive?

2 seater, 4 seater or 4 seater with work bed?

Your best bet will be to identify the controller and follow the recommended test from the controller manufacturer.

Has a stock controller starts with a n not around it right now, it's 4wd with a back seat, I worked on this cart last year and put a new front end under it, the. He traded it in and would t do nothing so I put new U.S. Batteries in it and only thing that works is battery gauge, I'm stumped I don't know where to start other then checking a solonoid but since it's not like other ones I do t know which one to check any help by someone would be great

You will need to identify the controller brand and model. BBB used several controller brands and models over the years. I "think" it would be a navitas controller, but you have the cart so you tell me.

Hello all. I am new here and also having trouble with my Bad Boy Buggy. Mine is also a 2005-06 I believe. Have been reading a lot of the old posts and really cool to see people trying hard to help others. I have a wiring problem and hope someone can help with a diagram or guidance. Probably an easy fix if I could just find a wiring diagram the goes from the control panel/key switch area down to a small connection block which is about dead center underneath on frame of the buggy. We use ours for hunting and a root got caught in the 4 wires that attach to this block and ripped them out. They are not color coded so no way to match them up. I'm afraid I will burn something up if I try all 64 options!
