Weird Battery Cable
Does anyone know what this cable is or what it does? Doesn't seem to go to anything

I haven't seen that exact one, but I believe it's a watering system for the batteries.

This video should help, to show what is on your batteries. But not every body like the watering systems, they can be dangerous
