Default 64 volt Stealth solenoid question

I have 2011 Stealth checking the solenoid with it disconnected, checking the 2 large post in neutral and key switch on, i show 0. With the key switch on and in forward i show 0.11. Is this reading good or bad? And if the solenoid is bad do you know where I can locate one for this Stealth?

It should read full pack voltage on the large post when engaged. If not the activation circuit or solenoid is bad. U can take it apart at least some of them and see if u can repair it or check sponsors. If not then there are sellers for your solenoid.
