Anyone know where I can find a service manual and parts manual?

You can find some Cushman information at the following site: https://www.vintagegolfcartparts.com...erence-library The attached manual (from the above site) indicates that your 1975 Cushman Golfster 36V GC-400 has Parts Manual 824404 and Ops Manual 824220. You might be able to contact Jacobsen direct to see if they can dig up a manual for you. http://www.jacobsen.com/americas-contact-us/ Post a few photos of your cart if you get the chance. Best to contact Jacobson at the link I provided above. Some people have reported having success ... let us know if you are able to get one there.
If not, look up your manual number in the ID attachment above and have a look on eBay ... there is often a pretty good selection of manuals there ... for a price! |

To be honest, those carts are so simple I am not sure you need a manual. I have a '68. They are very simple and use very basic components.
