Default Turn signal return

I recently purchased a used Star golf cart. Just found out the return on the turn signals don't work. Should these carts have a return on the signal lever?

If the turn signal switch is mounted on the exterior of the steering column then it isn't likely.

I don't think it is an add on as all wiring is inside the steering column. This is a street legal cart. It is like any automobile, just a lever coming out of the left side of the column. If you pull it up toward yourself, that is the horn.

This Star EV manual doesn't say if they self-cancel or manually....

I'm looking for the location of the blinker and horn fuses. Is it in the dash?

Have you looked at the manual in the link in my post? Page 15 seems to indicate the fuse box is in the middle of the dash. I don't own one, just reading the manual.

I’m sure it is not the fuse as the signals and horn work perfectly, it’s just that the lever does not return to the center position after making the turn. The signal just keeps flashing.

They do not return, some people wire a buzzer into the circuit so it buzzed every time it flashes.
