Is this cart okay???

Hi,
I'm a rookie looking for a cart for my kids. I saw one on ebay that interests me but the last picture- of the front end- looks strange to me. Is it just that the wheel is turned or is something crooked?

Thanks for any input on this or how to buy a decent used cart and what to look for.

NIce looking PDS cart the front end looks ok that's the camera distortion.

really? the bar that goes across the bottom looks crooked. Does that piece move when the steering wheel is turned and that's why it's crooked?

NO. The bar you refer to is the axle..... I cannot tell from the picture if it is bent or pushed back .... also I notice the seller has 0 feedback as a seller. I would ask him .....
