motor runs when in gear, wired wrong
Just purchased a 1989 electric ezgo. It the motor runs when put in gear. It looks like the wire from the solenoid is connected to the low speed terminal and the other solenoid wire from the same terminal is connected to the part that moves up and down to the different conductors for the speeds. What is this wire for and where should it connect. The bottom stud has no wire connected to it, this is the one that is in contact when the gas pedal is at rest.

Sammy repost this in the EZGO electric cart section. You will get help much sooner. I found this by accident No cable connects to the 'at rest' position otherwise it would not rest
