Bad Boy Buggy Problems
I'll describe this problem as best I can...periodically, while going forward, something seems to 'grab' the front wheels and it slows the cart down very quickly. I would also describe it as the same way it would feel if you ran over something with both front tires at the same time..almost like a 'bonk', 'bonk', 'bonk' until the cart stops.

48 volt - 4 wheel drive - 2009. What it feels like is the front end is locking up on the buggy. After it bumps when moving and comes to a stop, then you try to move again the front of the buggy seems to torque down and then jumps forward and stops.

Re: Bad Boy Buggy Problems
Sounds kinda like the gears are binding up or bearings going out. I've had very similar issues with truck rear ends. One of the issues was the bearings in the pumpkin went bad causing the gears not to mesh correctly. Which ultamitly shattered the gears.

Re: Bad Boy Buggy Problems
That sounds like the problem I am having. I was hoping it was something simple but it looks like I will have to go deeper. Thanks for your input.

Re: Bad Boy Buggy Problems
A quick question, are the front tires the same size as the rears?
