Default To Charge Or Not To Charge?

That is the question.
I have a new bank of US Batteries (36V) in my cart. We use it at the campground on the weekends and I run a full 11-hour charge on it every night. When I bring it home Sunday morning/afternoon it still has a good 90+% charge on it. While it sits in the garage at home during the week does it need to be on the charger? Should I allow it to sit a few days at a time before re-charging? Allow it to trickle down to 60-70%?
Thanks for the help in advance!
