Welcome to the forum TJOHNSON88..................

It looks like one of the Cushman bodies, but the steering wheel and pedals don't look like Cushman. Cushman Pedals had a big CM on them.

Sombody can ID it I'm sure.

It could simply be an "ECM" brand. (Unknown)

I want to change parts on this cart but don't know what brand of cart this is. Help please. If nobody knows that's ok, I have another question, Can I install any parts as long as they are all the same brand, like ezgo or club car? now the cart won't go, we know the solenoids are bad because they are 12 v not 36 v. The batteries are good but that is about all that is good.

The answer to your question is yes you can Also if you have an Edsel car you can make it run with Ford or Chevy parts if you are clever enough.
You will really have to educate yourself to do this. We can't tell you to do this or install that without alot of input and testing from you.... To start determine what type of system was originally in the cart and what part of that system is worth keeping......
