Thanks so much. We modified the bracket Wednesday.

before

after

I disassembled it today and sanded the body planned on painting it tomorrow but 80% chance of rain for next two days. I purchased Blazin Blue.

Nice job of fabbing the seat back supports to match the G16 body holes! I've never seen those G8 brackets "busted" off the main frame before. How many inches did you move the front cowel bracket back ? (as I said earlier I thought is was like 2 or 3 unches) It may make life easiler for the next guy if you post it. I use to buy "high speed" feild coils for that motor from "Hi Tourque" out of Araizona, but they are part of the "Nivel" company now. Just a thought to make your ride allitle faster for low dollars. Keep up the good work. Later Dave

not sure how much I cut off as I cut weld off the front frame bolted to cowl and then scribed on the bracket. The bracket is now 8" long.

Thanks I have a friend who did the paint. I did do the sanding. just a few more photos. Just went to the fab shop with measurements for aluminum half windshield. That is next and mount rear bumper. Then it is time to locate another one as i really enjoyed doing this.
