Default Who to call for replacement speed conroller?

My dead 2005 electric Yamaha is at the dealership. They are hinting that the problem may be the speed controller with a price of over $900. Would someone mind recommending a vender I might call for information about my speed control options?

Thanks
John

There hinting????? If it's a GE (good controller), it can be rebuilt. If a Moric (not good), it can't be rebuilt.

Dave, I suspect we need the controller make and model # to be able to say what is available. Yes?

You can determine which make controller should be there with just the cart SN. Btw, Alltrax controllers do work fine as a Moric replacement, with a simple battery cable modification. (alltrax lists nothing as a replacement for moric controllers)
