g14 electric not running

Well my neighbor gave me a g14 thats been sitting for 2 yrs. Got the batteries to charge but they are weak. well after putting in charger now it wont move. The selenoid clicks on forward and reverse. Reverse alarms works. Battery meter ahows fully charged. 10 amp fuse is good. What could it be. I am at a stop.

Check for voltage output from M- and B+ terminals at controller, if voltage is similar to pack voltage when throttle is pressed, follow leads to f&r, check. Maybe Pull motor and check it out internally?
