Default No go

Solenoid only clicks when cart is pushed. Checked solenoid by removing large terminals and checked voltage by pressing pedal. Nothing so I figure it is somewhere else. Controller is a week old.

What should I do next?

Next, you should post more info on the cart, so we know what we are trying to help with.

Did it work when you installed the controller a week ago?

It's a 2008 yamaha drive

Yes, it worked fine for a few days then started to lose complete power for a second and come right back. Did find a small red wire off the connection that has a fuse and that solved the problem once. Thought I was good to go until did it again.

All connection seem good and cleaned all battery terminals.

I had one of those controllers do that to me before. They are a pain to deal with and had a lot of internal problems that flight systems didn't want to admit was an issue and blame everything else under the sun. As long as you're sure you have it hooked up right and it's not something silly, I'd send it back. The new alltrax is pretty good
