G19 questions 6 passenger

I have recently purchased a Yamaha g19, 1999 year, 6 passenger. I have never owned a Yamaha so everything is new/different than the club car and ez-gos I have owned.

Has anyone made their own lift kit using the existing parts 5-8 inches lift?
What size tires will fit on the 5-8 in lift? Any offset needed on the rims?
Can anything be done to speed it up without a controller / motor refit?
Does anyone have pics or ideas for the 6 passenger? (something that different / cool, mounted coolers in the free space, speaker location for radio, anything?

Also my charger shows abnormal cycle when it charges and all the batteries check good on a load test, any ideas?

Battery issues resolved. Had to replace the board in the charger.

Ouch, Mac charger board is a $$$.$$... Hope you didnt make the mistake of buying the knock-off copy (i have had nothing but problems in the long run). The genuine board costs as much as a new DPI charger.
