Not to sure on the answer for that, but welcome to the site! I was born and raised in Inverness, FL. Not to far from Ocala. I am sure someone will chime in with answers!

G1 has no motor controller. It uses resistor coils to achieve speed control. It is a archaic system that ought not be retrofitted to another cart. Depending on the drive type of the parcar (series or sepex, if the 4 wires to the motor are all the same size, its series), you could look for compatible used controllers, an ezgo marathon or clubcar ds 0-5k controller could work. A Sepex model is a little trickier, as each manufacturer used proprietary plugs unique to each brand. The sepex controller used in parcar is made by "sevcon", and is also used in polaris breeze and some Badboy buggies, both somewhat rare carts to find used controllers around for, plus the issue of unknown throttle compatibility. Lets just hope the parcar is series, and start looking for a used controller if a new controller is mot in the budget.
