Default G14 Need more uphill power

I have a 36 volt Yamaha G14 electric cart and i have 2 year old battery's and new motor. I want some advice on what i need to do to get the best results to get more up hill power. I have my thoughts witch is to upgrade controller F/R switch and wires and solenoid but not sure what is the best controller and if anybody has any other advice or if i can achieve more power uphill by doing something else.

I have been using the Alltrax SPM controllers for a while now and have had good results. A 400 amp controller and upgrading to 4 gauge wiring throughout the cart will give you much more climbing power, along with the solenoid and F & R upgrade you should be covered. Hope this helps ;)

X2. That will do wonders. Not for top speed, but torque & hill speed.
