Default 2010 G29 - Attaching Voltage Reducer to frame

Hi, been reading and learning for months and have a question I could not get answered by searching.

How do you attach the Scotty high capacity 48v voltage reducer to the frame of a 2010 G29 cart? Do you drill holes in the frame behind the battery compartment to hang the aluminum plate that holds the reducer?

I understand this is the location to keep it out of the actual battery area, as shown on drawings of Yamaha parts. But I don't see any holes in this area of the frame and am loathe to drill any unless needed.

Also, do you thru-bolt the attach plate to the frame or use self tapping screws (if you need to drill holes in the frame.

First cart, have decent tool skills, but no experience with invasive surgery on carts.

Great forum, thanks for all the info so far!
