Default New to Golf carts

I just bought a 96 Yamaha G19E. Looking forward to all the things I can do with it. Ultimately got it to take along camping. I enjoying looking on here to see what other people are doing! Looking forward to starting the project!

The best "starting point" for a speed & torque upgrade is a Alltrax XCT or DCX 400a controller (will get you about 33% more torque, and speeds up to 24mph). Good 4ga cables will also be required. Stock solenoid is pretty HD already. Good batteries is a must for any upgrades.
