Default allrax dcx300 performance

I have a non lifted 2003 yamaha g22 with stock GE motor and control unit as well as stock solenoid. My batteries are 2 months old. The cart is brutally slow (14mph) so i ordered a altrax dcx300 controller and it should be arriving in the next few days. I was wondering what kind of results (speed) i can expect to get after the installation of the new controller. Thanks

I would imagine 22-24 mph on the flats with some slowing on the hills.

Sounds about right, with a slight torque improvement.

Maybe a quicker ramp and higher peak (350ish) to aid torque.

I did the Plum Quick upside first and went from 12 to 17-19mph. Then the XCT came out and got me 22-24mph

Alright so I got the new controller in and it runs about 23mph which is great. I've hit a few snags during the instal though. The controller is for a g19 and only provide instructions on installing it into a g19. In the directions they want you to splice into the red/white wire off the solenoid and run it directly into the red/white wire in the harness this step I did without issue but the carts acceleration is choppy and I have to pump the gas pedal to feel like the motor is engaging. Another step on the directions told me to find an 18g red wire coming from "the charge port" snip it put a ring terminal on it and hook it directly into the b+ terminal on the solenoid....? I can't find this wire anywhere on a g22. Does anyone have any idea if this wire exists on the g22?..... Also any thoughts on the choppy acceleration? Thanks

That mod is totally un-needed on G22.
