Yamaha drive bounces when driving
Hi, I have a 09 Yamaha drive cart and when it's fully charged it bounces at full speed . What would cause this. Alignment ? Bent asxle ?

How fast is full speed? Are you running the (notoriously not-round) stock 8" wheel/tire combo?

As cgtech says check your tires for out of round. That is the most likely cause.

Mine does the same thing. I am running 14's with 23" tires that I have put on another cart to check roundness. It is almost more of a "bucking" than a bounce. I have yet to figure out what it is and live with the annoyance. It only happens at full speed which makes me think it is something to do with the electronics. I have replaced controller, motor, speed sensor, and some other parts just to try and isolate but nothing has changed.

I had the same problem on my 2013 found that it was toed out to much fixed toe in to about 1/4" and it rides much smoother now.
