Default Yahama 48v charging problem

First of all I am new to this site so hello to everyone. My question is we have some Yahama carts that have a battery charger model SCR481717.What happens is we charge it at night and in the morning the green light shows all is charger, but after a short ride the cart stops. We go out to get the cart but we flip the switch under the seat and the cart starts to run again back to the shop. Some chargers are 1 years old and they have the same problems. We have no information on how to diagnose this problem.Hope someone can guide us in the right direction. Thanks for your time and effort.

Chuck

Have you checked the output from the charger?
How many amps at start of cycle?
How many volts at start of cycle?

If your carts are only a year old they should still be under warranty.
Some SCR chargers need the ac plug to be disconnected to reset charger
each time you plug the cart in. This is a defect and can be fixed.
