Default YDRE Slow

One of the carts in our fleet runs almost half the speed of all of the rest. The battery's are fairly new and the cart has no problem making it around the course. It's just slow. I have replaced the speed sensor and throttle sensor from a different cart and it still hasn't fixed the problem. I'm new to most of this stuff so any input would be great.

Do you have a "genuis reader"? Maybe the regen is set really low?

hmmm.... brush kit? it usually doesnt affect already-slow course cars, but i wonder. does the tach sensor work? put it on flat ground & push it (with brake unlocked- "tow/run" switch in "run"), if it beeps and resists pushing, tach sensor is ok.

We don't have any kind of reader for our carts and the brake and beeping works when you push the cart. We tried the cart yesterday and it seems to be faster now. Could it have taken a little bit of time for the cart to adjust to the changes we did? I haven't had anything like that happen before.
