Default Possible bad G19 controller

I have been reading this site for some time so I finally decided to join, I have a yamaha g19 48v cart that was working fine and then it started shuddering and then it would run fine again. Tested the solenoid and it doesn`t click. So I checked the battery voltage and it was good. Checked the fuse and it was also good. Tested main switch, accelerator stop switch, directional switch, throttle sensor and solenoid. Replaced the solenoid due to it looking like the original one and it now has continuity through it but it isn`t getting any voltage to the small terminal. The controller is original and I think that it is the problem but I would hate to buy a new controller and still be broke down. thanks in advance

You are overlooking the motor as a possible cause. Could be worn out brushes.

Im surely no expert but in my situation with my g19 my final desperation was jumping the 2 big post on the solenoid...when i did my cart worked as it should because i was manually jumping the posts. Maybe try this to simply test your motor. Once again im new to all this.

Got back to testing the cart and the motor is fine when jumped. when i replaced solenoid i cut out the original connector due to bad wire spots and just put in regular quick disconnect connectors on the solenoid end. That shouldn`t cause a problem should it? also checked controller input voltage and I`m not getting any so I`m guessing either a switch somewhere or a bad harness. I have ran out of ideas and don`t know alot about carts
