Faded or Oxidized Body Tricks?
Hello all,
I have been researching and watching some youtube vidoes on different ways to bring back the color and shine to my G22. I found a few videos that have used Paint Thinner and Boiled Linseed oil (a 60:40 ratio). Has anyone seen this method? Has anyone used this method on their cart? What trick or methods have you used? Thanks for the replies in advnace. Dave |

Re: Faded or Oxidized Body Tricks?
I would try a good buff to get back into "nicer" paint, and the nicest coat of clear you can get from a can. Might want to practice application techniques on something you care less about to avoid zebra stripes & runs. Clean the parts well after buffing. Include some buffing on the practice part so you know about any problems on the lay down of the clear from the buffing products used.
