Default More hill speed from 2012 YDRE with Alltrax XCT48500

I got tired of the slow speeds on my 2012 Yamaha Drive with stock tires, so I purchased an Alltrax XCT 48500 controller. I now can get speeds of 23+ on flat areas and even a little faster than that downhill. However, the speed drops to 11 mph when going up a hill, which sucks.

I don't want any more speed on the flats but since I live in a very hilly area, can I change settings on the controller to get more speed on the hills? Could it be the batteries or am I going to have to get a new motor?

I've attached a screen shot from the controller while climbing a hill at 11 mph.

As you can see your controller is giving your motor full battery voltage. That's all she's got! The stock Yamaha motor is not giving you enough torque.

Are you using that new Uni-map1 motor field map?

The field map is DM-430-YDRE-Hitachi

When I plug the laptop into the controller, I get a notice that there is an upgrade to the field map but when I click on it, nothing happens.

I had that too. "upgrade available", click OK, wait for it to finish. Restart software, "upgrade available", repeat. This was yesterday afternoon, they didn't get their cart back for the weekend......
