Default Yamaha G19 no click no go

I have a Yamaha G19e 48 volt that I'm getting nothing from, no click, no buzzer, nothing. I kinda suspect the controller, but would like to rule out as many other possibilities, but I'm not as familiar with these carts. I'm gonna test the motor this afternoon. Any troubleshooting tips will be greatly appreciated!

Ok, not much help here, but did a little research and some more test and this is where I'm at. Tow switch, key switch checked out ok. I have pack voltage going in to the controller on the brown wire which runs through both switches. I read in another thread how to check the pot. 5k between black and blue, and a smooth 0-5k between Orange and black when you depress the accelerator. I removed the controller, which turns out to be a reman. It rattles like a baby rattle. Finally I put 12v to the motor and it turns fine, so I think it's safe to say it's the controller. Anyone agree?

Just to update this thread for anyone in the future, since many of the Yamaha threads I've read didn't have a conclusion, it was the controller. The Alltrax XCT 48400 did the trick.
