Default lestronic 2 Charging issue

Noticed i had this listed under EZ-go instead of yamaha, not sure if it matters.

Ok had the crows foot plug on my Yamaha golf cart go bad and shorted out something in my charger. I replaced the Fuse and Capacitor and it still wont charge. Can hear it come on and clicking but nothing registers on the gauge. Used a different charger and it did charge. Any ideas on what it could be?
