Default Help location Rear Shocks for Yamaha G2 Clone see pics

I picked up this Hyundai 6 seater golf cart the other day they said it a 1991 but i cant find a model number or serial number on it. I believe from my research is a Yamaha G2 G8 or G9 clone.

I need rear shocks for it. the rear coil over shocks are just about full compressed down with no added weight on the cart. it feels like there is no suspension back there at all and the front end is way high up in the air. it looks like it has been lifted the person i bought it from said it had big tires on it and he took them off and installed standard size tires on it.

can anyone point me in the right direction of what shock might be compatible??

thanks for your time

Wow, never seen one like it. They were a close copy of a G2/G9. Those are not stock rear shocks. You could go with standard G2/9 electric shocks or Jake's heavy duty shocks, but they are very stiff. Also, looks like the front end is too high, you have a picture of that? That forward/reverse switch is stock and bad on the best day, might fab in a hd ezgo f/r switch or better yet upgrade to one of Scottyb's twin solenoid f/r kits.

I think it has some sort of a lift. here are some more pics? i would love to get the front end back to a stock height.

thanks for the advice of FR switch. i need to get suspensions sorted out before the switch.
