2013 G29 JW2-H2107-01 charger questions

Hello all, new to the forum. I am trying to locate a manual or info on the Yamaha 48V JW2-H2107-01 charger. I purchased a 2013 G29 about a month ago. It has 2013 Trojan T-875 batteries with hydrolink (batteries have appropriate water level). I've charged the cart twice, however, I'm not certain that the charger is functioning correctly. As I type this, the green charged LED, the yellow charging LED, and the red power LED are constant. The pack voltage is steady at 61.00 volts and each individual battery is between 10.05 and 10.40V... the charger has been plugged in for about 11 hours. The batteries are also making a bubbling sound. Correct me if I'm wrong but this should be a multi-stage smart charger and essentially stop the charge cycle when the batteries are at full charge? Should the yellow charging LED go out at some point? I cant find any info at all other than the full charge voltage of each battery should be 8.49 volts. Calling Yamaha was no help, they said I need to call a dealer for tech support, who unfortunately is closed on the weekends. Any info is appreciated. Thanks

Red power light & orange light= charging, less than 80% complete.
Red power light & orange & green lights = charging, between 80 & 100% complete.
Red power light & orange light with green flashing = normal charge complete, equalization in progress.
Green light only = all charging processes complete.

Thanks for the info. About an hour after my post, the green LED went out and the red power LED began to blink. Pack voltage remained at 61 until I disconnected the charger from the cart, then it gradually dropped down to around 54 volts.

I'm sorry, I posted info for the DPI , not the Moric charger you have. Below is the correct info for your charger.



Red power light & orange light= charging, less than 80% complete.
Red power light & orange & green lights = charging, between 80 & 90% complete.
Red power light & orange light with green flashing = charging, between 90 & 100%
Red light flashing = normal charge done, equalization in progress, may take up to 4 additional hours.
Green light only = all charging processes complete.

Thanks. Do you have any info on pack voltages during charging stages? Also maximum charge time? Should it take 12 or 14 hours to complete on a pack that is around 46-47 volts?
