Default Diagnose this noise? (Video included)

I have this noise that happens quite often, not always but often. It happens sometimes when I let off of the gas and sometimes when I hit the brake. I have a yellow tag on my transaxle so I assume it is the motor bushing. What say you?https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FWO2huEEzG0

Armature bushing would be the first thing I check yamaha part# JH7-H1829-00-00. Also check your rear axle nuts and make sure they are torqued to 75 ft/lbs. If that doesn't quiet it down I would start looking at motor bearings or input shaft.

Sounds like the brakes inside the transaxle. Start with a fluid change. Takes 1.5 qts Yamaha friction modified gear oil.

I did that last week. It didn't make it any better or worse.

There's a chance some of that noise could be the in the motor, but I'm afraid you have some internal transaxle issues

I didn't think to ask what is the year is the cart? What color is the sticker on the transaxle, sticker should be located about the middle of transaxle on top side toward front. You will need a mirror to see it. If it has a white sticker it is not a question of if it is going to fail it is a question of when. White sticker was 07 and I think maybe a few in 08. If it has the green or yellow sticker I would try checking the things I posted yesterday. A lot of these transaxles make that kind of noise and on the green and yellow sticker ones it has been my experience that it is usually one of those problems.

The production year is 08 but it has a yellow tag sticker.

I am about to order the bushing but will probably hire someone to swap it out for me. I am pretty handy and mechanically savvy but I don't know golf carts and I don't want to mess it up by letting the terminal spin while swapping it.

I assume "one of those problems" would be transaxle fluid and/or armature bushing?

thought you had already changed transaxle fluid, I was referring to the rear axle nuts being tightened to 75ft/lb that is a common noise problem, however I don't think that is what is making the loud noise but check them. The armature bushing does make a noise very much like the one in the video when it wears out so definately check it that is the one I gave the part # for it is only a few bucks and you have to pull the motor to check it so I would just order it up and replace it. That also is a common problem I have replaced that on 4 or 5 carts and it has stopped the noise on those. My cart was one of them.

haha, yes sorry for the confusion. I have already changed the transaxle fluid with Yamalube and tightened the axle nuts. I was just making sure I completely understood what you were telling me. I really appreciate all of the help so far. I just ordered the bushing.
