Do you drill holes in the body to install? Any suggestions to which ones to buy ?

Yes you drill holes and use plastic rivets. There are some that are smaller and some that stick out farther. I got the ones that stick out farther as I plan to add wheel spacers to my cart to try to make the ride more stable. Here are a pic

Yes, you drill holes. I would highly suggest you buy the steel hardware kit when mounting them. Much more durable that those crappy plastic clips. I got my whole set from Jason's Golf Carts (site sponsor) here: http://www.jasonsgolfcarts.com/Yamah...p/acc-ff15.htm. There is an option to add his steel hardware for an extra $19.50 (DO IT). Side note, if you have a lifted cart with big tires you will have to trim the back pieces but took me all of 20 seconds to do both sides with a dremmel. There are numerous youtube videos if you need a how-to when putting them on. I will attach a final picture below...

Another choice for flares: Yamaha makes a nice set of fender flares if you don't want real wide ones. Yamaha Part Number GCA-JW154-00 - Fender Flares, See pics

Hey Ping Eye I like those. Curious if they make them in a slightly wider version.

Negatory. It's either so small you can't see them or big enough to go mudding with. Ha. I suppose you could buy the big ones and be creative with a dremmel and cut them in half long ways?

Installed the Yamaha fender flairs likes Pings. I like the look with the tires I have and hope it keeps the mud off the sides of cart as well as myself. Did not take the advice about the steel vs plastic fasterns and broke 4 out of 18 that came with the kit. Anybody know how I can get a bag m5x35mm Christmas tree fastener. The number on the bag is part 181194 I have looked on internet as well as locale hardware and could find no match.
