Default Puzzled by G19

Hey

A g19 came in today that was totally dead. And no solenoid click. Pack voltage is 50v so I tried jumping solenoid with no luck. Checked fuse and key switch checked out ok. I unplugged the key switch to check for pack voltage and it was 0. So voltage is not getting from batteries to stop switch or key switch. So I installed another solenoid with no luck. Also made sure tow/run switch was OK. No voltage at tow/run either. So because I had the time and the means I swapped out the controllers and the car would still not run. At this point, I realized there was a bad wire or something in the harness that was causing this problem. Because I still had the time and the means I installed a brand new harness for this car really quickly and connected it to all the cars connections. Still no solenoid response or movement...what's going on here?

Chek the swith, pedal swith, selector f/r, fuse 10 amps,
And chek the negative main 48 volts.
Check main negative cable the one from solonoid at the same time main positive from bateries

Thanks but that doesn’t really apply here because I’m not getting any voltage through the harness to begin with. I also heard that the g19 gets its power through the female receptacle like club car does. Please any other ideas

I think I’m getting closer to solving the problem. On the back of the female receptacle, where does the small grey wire connect to? Right now it’s connected to a small red wire in the harness. So far I am getting battery voltage to the run/tow switch, controller, solenoid and charging receptacle but NOT the key switch ,stop switch.
