Default 2009 Yamaha Electric Drive 48V won’t run

I have a 2009 Yamaha Drive electric Drive, that will not run. I have brand new batteries in the cart, and it ran for about a week. The problem is when I turn the “tow” switch to “run”, the solenoid clicks like it works but the cart will barely move, not even a tire rotation and just stop. If I put it in reverse, the buzzer sounds but when I press the gas button it goes faint and the cart doesn’t move. So basically the cart will not move at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated, if you have any questions please ask.

I'm having the same problems. I have replaced the batteries, replaced the relay/solenoid, check continuity across run/tow switch and the accelerator switch. Both of those have continuity. The 3 amp fuse is good. I'm getting 48/50 volts across the +/- terminals on the female end of the charging plug. The only thing i haven't checked is the throttle position sensor, the motor, and the controller. Can the controller be removed and shipped out for testing? If not, I'll just have to rule everything else out and the buy a new one if the other components are good.

Thanks,
Phillip

I have a controller I just pulled out of my 07. If you’re interested let me know.

Do you still have this controller? If so, whats the story on it?

I do have the controller. I am in the process of upgrading my cart so I started with an alltraxx controller. The original was working perfect when I pulled it from the cart. It’s just sitting on my workbench now.

Ok. I'm trying to rule everything else out before I buy the controller.
