Default Charging batteries while away???

So I have a 2014 Drive 48v and the original charger. Can/should I leave it plugged in while I'm not at the campground? I normally leave either sunday evening or monday morning and get back down on that friday. Not sure if that is good for the batteries or not...TIA

I usually say a week to 2 weeks is the limit for leaving it plugged in. If you're leaving for an extended amount of time charge your cart over night, unplug the charger, and disconnect the main positive cable on the pack. Batteries will sit dormant like that just fine. We shut down our carts like that for winter and never have an issue, and we're in Michigan.
