Default G19 king pin install

My new king pins came with 4rubber seals 2 sizes,large and small.My old ones never had any or they rotted off .The large one fits in a groove on bottom of spindle and wraps around it,where does the smaller one go.I have a jakes lift kit and there is a cap at top of a arm spindle

The other seal will go on the king pin (at the bottom) once everything is togeather.
