Default 12v KSI

Customer reports his 2017 YDRE powers up the R/T switch from the 12v voltage reducer providing 12v to the controller logic board. I do not have this diagram. Can anybody verify this?
The Alltrax XCT is not responding to 12v.
I believe 16v or 24v is the default XCT setting?

Is there any reason not to feed 48v to the R/T switch like the previous years YDRE, G22, G16, CC, and EZ ?

Default Re: 12v KSI

Looks like power is needed at pins 8,10,12,and 13 with the cart in forward and the pedal slightly depressed.
