Default Charger Cycling

2008 YDRE. Plugged in and the charger keeps cycling. Like it's going on and off. Not sure this is normal. It doesn't matter what position the key switch is in.

Which model charger? ("The stock one" isn't the answer, at least 4 variety were used). Does the cart run? Has it been sitting, has it been charged recently? What's current battery pack voltage?

It is used about every two weeks. Stays on the charger otherwise. I need to measure the pack voltage

Ok, you have the JW2 Moric charger. Good info. Need pack voltage measured at the charge port on cart please.

47.7v at the charge port.

Battery voltages
1 = 12.2
2 = 12.2
3 = 10
4 = 12.2

new Trojan T-1275 plus batteries. Could the one battery be bad and causing this issue?
