G19 Electrical Problems
Cart was running fine until this weekend. Unloaded off the trailer and started up a small hill and the cart just quit. Toggled the Tow/Run switch and got the "click", cart will engage the motor and barely move an inch, digital voltage meter goes way down when you push the pedal. Once this happens pushing the pedal does nothing and the voltage stays the same and won't do it again without toggling the Tow/Run switch. Batteries sound like they are bubbling when this happens.
Seems to me that it is a direct short, but not sure where to start to diagnose. Solenoid, controller, motor? Any help would be greatly appreciated! |

Re: G19 Electrical Problems
Failed battery. Check the voltage when you get it to "try & move".

Re: G19 Electrical Problems
I will have to check this weekend, but when it will engage the voltage falls way below 48v. I have not held down the pedal to see where it levels out.
